Our Facilities
MAIN HALL
The main hall is a well proportioned and light room, with kitchen and toilets leading off it. It has full disabled access through double doors which lead outside to the car park and a pretty front garden., which can be used when weather permits.
The hall can comfortably seat up to 85 people, around tables or theatre style and there are black out curtains to all windows.
The main hall is approximately 40 feet long and 19 feet 6 inches wide.
MAIN STAGE
At the end of the hall there is a stage with black out curtains and dimmable lighting. The stage is approximately 22 feet wide by 12 feet deep. Behind a screen there is a sound system which can easily be connected to a phone or laptop to provide amplified music for the whole hall.
14TH CENTURY 'MEDIEVAL HALL'
The stunning 14th Century ‘Medieval’ Room is carpeted and has wonderful period features ideal for a smaller gathering or more intimate event of up to 25/30 people. It is just over 21 feet wide and 18 feet long. The large, light leaded windows have velvet curtains which can be opened or closed as desired., there is a large oak table to one end with a bench, and there are 15 leather armchairs which offer comfortable seating. The medieval fireplace features as bread oven and decorative fireplace (not in use).
OUTDOOR SPACES
At the front of the hall there is a picturesque garden, fronted by stone walls, with flower borders and a large lawn which can be used for outdoor events.

KITCHEN FACILITIES
Adjoining the main hall there is a servery/bar area which is fully equipped with wine glasses, tumblers, beer glasses and champagne glasses. Beyond is a comprehensively equipped kitchen with kitchen range and warming drawer, There is also a fridge, a freezer, microwave, dishwasher and sinks. There is sufficient china, cutlery, cups, plates and bowls to serve 50 people.
CLOAKROOMS
The hall has well-appointed ladies and gentlemen's cloakrooms which have recently been refurbished. . In addition there is a spacious toilet with full disabled access directly off the hall.
ACCESSIBILITY
To the side there is a large private car park and additionally there is on-road parking throughout the village. The hall has disabled access via the main front doors and a hearing loop system within the building.
EQUIPMENT
The hall is equipped with tables and chairs which are included in the hire charge.
There are 15 large trestle tables approximately 6 feet by 2 feet, suitable for seating six people, and 17 smaller card tables which are 23 inches square and suitable for seating four people. The hall has 85 folding chairs. In addition the medieval room has 15 leather arm chairs.
TABLE AND GLASSWARE
Our cupboards are stocked with tableware and glassware which is available at no additional cost. They include wine glasses, champagne glasses, tumblers and beer glasses, as well a jugs, kettles, tea pots, cups and saucers and dinner ware.
